High rigidity structure
Machine structure is optimized by Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and the column adopts A-type structure design, it provides the outstanding dynamic stability for the machine.
High speed
Three-axes rapid traverse achieves 60m/min and the acceleration achieves 1G.

Roller type linear guideway
Use roller guideway to improve stability. Comparing with the ball-type guideway, the roller guideway has better rigidity to mimimize the possible deformation caused by heavy workload machining.
High torque spindle motor
The maximum torque achieves 82 N m, allowing its machining capacity rivals large-sized machining center. Furthermore, its rapid traverse of three axes also benefits production efficiency.
High rigidity spindle

Long-neck design avoids the interference in the machine and allows the machine to process complicated workpiece machining. The inner diameter of the spindle bearing achieves 50mm, which radial rigidity is improved and excesses the capacity of drilling machine, and satisfies the needs of milling and tapping.
High speed tool changing
High speed servo motor drives tool magazine, the each indexing time is only 0.2 seconds. Moreover, the cam-type ATC provides stable tool changing and the T-T time only 1.2 seconds.
Efficient chip disposal
Slanted chip disposal metal plate can work with machine bed flushing system, it provides an outstand chip disposal performance in machining.
